You may enroll by submitting the consent form on our website or by giving verbal consent to a Luna Health representative during a call. Consent is not a condition of receiving any benefit or service.

Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Luna Health does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out
